By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants completely release Facebook or Instagram from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion closes at 11.59pm AEST 20 October 2024. No late entries will be accepted.

3. Entry is open to current residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.

4. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. Entrants may only enter the competition once.

6. Entry into the Promotion is through completing all of the following:
   a) Valid completion of the Promotion form, including first name and email address.
   b) Following this Facebook account:

   c) Tagging a friend in the post comments

7. There will be 1 (one) prize available. Prize is valued at $1,821 and includes a 5 (five) night stay at ‘Bilinga Beach Escape’ apartment in Bilinga QLD and 1 (one) copy of Birthday Eve book and 1 (one) copy of Our Village book. Prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
   a) The Prize can not be used during New South Wales or Queensland school holiday periodsb
   b) The Prize can not be used during Australian public holidays
   c) Accommodation is restricted to 6 (six) guests in total
   d) The Prize must be used within 12 months from when the winner is notified

8. 1 (one) Winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter on 21 October 2024. There will be 2 (two) Runner Up prize winners. Each Runner-Up will receive 1 (one) copy of Birthday Eve book and 1 (one) copy of Our Village book valued at RRP $53.90.

9. The Winner and Runner-Up Winners will be notified by email and announced on @dreambigbraveone Instagram. 

10. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

11. If the Prize is unclaimed within 7 days of the draw, the Promoter will redraw another winner.

12. The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize or chosen Winner. 

13. All Entrants into the Promotion agree to opt-in to receive marketing from the Promoter.

14. As a condition of winning, the selected winner agrees to provide 5 to 8 high-quality photos and/or videos showcasing the use of the prize(s). The content must be submitted within 14 days of the stay.
    
    
15. By submitting the photos and/or videos, the winner grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in any promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
